About us

Who are we?

We are a Czech construction company, specializing in the construction of commercial halls, family and apartment houses or recreational buildings. We also take care of maintenance and reconstruction from the roof to paved areas.

You can find us in the edge of Hradec Kralove, where we have a construction joinery and a plumbing and locksmith workshop.

We pride ourselves on fair communication and quality work. That is why we carry out all construction activities with our own technical equipment and our experienced team does the work. We choose only proven and reliable subcontractors, which makes all projects run smoothly. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

What are CLT panels?

CLT panels are a building material with very good properties for modern timber constructions. CLT panels are made from solid dried lumber and consist of several cross-glued layers. Thanks to this production technology, the wood hardly works.

The panels are also ecological, dimensionally stable, airtight, and have excellent static load-bearing capacity. Due to these properties, they offer very wide possibilities and can be combined with other materials.

Use of CLT panels

The panels are used primarily as interior and exterior walls, ceilings, and roofs of family or apartment buildings. They are also great for reconstructions, extensions, or building conversions.
Walls
Panels meet the requirements of statics, stiffness, and building physics. They regulate humidity well in rooms and create a pleasant climate.
Roofs and roof structures
CLT panels are suitable for any shape of roof. Panels meet the requirements of statics, fire, and sound protection. In summer, you will also appreciate the protection against unpleasant overheating of the building.

Korda motorcycle centre

Commercial hall
We have built a commercial hall for the purpose of selling motorcycles in Studenec near Vrchlabí. The hall is built of precast concrete and clad with Kingspan panels. The hall is heated by a heat pump, which is connected to the underfloor heating.

Recreational object
We built a low-energy log house in the mountain town of Deštné v Orlických horách. The most important feature is effective insulation, so that the log cabin is warm even in winter, this is ensured by quality insulation foam and also by the log cladding.

We built the hall near the village of Smiřice. The hall includes a storage area, office space, and also a showroom.

Timber Construction Sendražice

Family house
10 years ago, we built a timber construction that meets low-energy criteria. The house has a ventilated facade, which gives the wooden structure excellent insulation properties. The house is heated with underfloor heating, powered by gas.

Storage Hall Lázně Bělohrad

Warehouse hall
The storage hall in the Lázně Bělohrad area is constructed from concrete prefabricates and clad with Kingspan insulation panels. The hall is heated with underfloor heating and a ground-water heat pump.

Log Cabin Rudník Javorník

Recreational object
In the Rudník Javorník area, we carried out the construction of a classic log cabin with an attic and a cellar. The building is heated with underfloor heating and an air-water heat pump in combination with a tile stove. A stone cellar has been constructed at the property.

Korda motorcycle centre

We built a new hall for the sale of motorcycles in Studenec. Before the construction we made minor adjustments to the terrain. The construction of the hall is made of prefabricated concrete. The cladding is made of Kingspan panels, which hold the heat well, resist environmental influences for a long time and their installation is very fast. The cladding also includes large windows that let plenty of light in. The underfloor heating and the heat pump are a great advantage of this hall. Combined with Kingspan insulation panels, this makes heating the hall very efficient, environmentally friendly and also easy on your wallet.

House Skalička

We built the house near Hradec Králové in the locality of Skalička. The house is brick and well insulated from the walls to the tin roof. There is an outdoor terrace attached to the house, several paved areas in the form of parking areas or paths and there is also a garage. Overall, this is a modern building that looks good, has good energy properties and will serve and look good for many years.

Low-energy log house

Our task was to build a timbered recreational building in a mountainous mountain area in the locality of Deštné in the Orlické Mountains. A big challenge in this area is the mountainous terrain, which needed to be modified so that it would be possible to build the foundations on which the entire house will stand. The lower part is elevated so that towards the driveway there can be a garage and entrance and to fit into the steep slope. The other floors are clad in timber cladding with good quality insulation, so the cottage holds heat well in winter, making heating much easier.

We spent 13 months building a family house with a beautiful garden and fence in Hradec Králové. The house is brick with monolithic ceilings. There is no lack of quality insulation and white plaster in combination with wooden cladding, so the house looks very modern. The garage, garden buildings and fence are also built in the same style. In the spacious garden there is a pond for swimming, swimming pool, around which there are paved areas, outdoor kitchen with fireplace and gym with sauna. In addition, there is a "green roof" on the garden buildings, which is a very modern solution that looks good and also plays its ecological role.
